on Hwy 69 towards Arab. Turn right on Union Grove Road
toward the Guntersville Dam. Go 2 miles and turn right
onto Snow Point Road towards the Guntersville Dam.
Snow Point Lodge is approximately 1.2 miles on the
right. There is a sign. Telephone 256-753-0010. For
those of you having to travel from South Alabama,
arrangements can be made for you to stay at the lodge
for just the maintenance/clean-up fee per day.

IMPORTANT EVENT DATES:
April 17-19 .. Ozan Wine Release
We have five(5) great new wines being released this spring - Chilton
County Peach, 06 Sangiovese, 06 Merlot, 06 Vidal, and 07 Shelby Blanc (
Scuppernong or White Muscadine ). Enjoy complimentary hors d'Oeurvers
Friday and Saturday plus our existing wines. 2006 was a great year for
grapes in the Southeast.
May 17 .. Shelby County Art and Wine Trail
Stay tuned for more details on this event, where the three(3) Shelby
County wineries team up for a great wine weekend event. Expect music and
local arts. Of course you don't have to wait to visit all of the
wineries any weekend.
June 7 .. Pepper Place Wine Festival
The 2nd annual Alabama Wine event at Pepper Place where all of the
states wineries team up for this festival.
Other items of interest:
1) We have completed expanding our outdoor venue space with a formal
terrace overlooking the vineyard and sunsets. We are actively booking
weddings and corporate events.
2) WINE SHIPMENT APRIL - If you can't get to Ozan for the wine release,
Ozan will be shipping wines on a limited basis to Alabama, Georgia and
Florida starting in April. In order to be receive wine shipments in
Alabama you must have made a visit to the Ozan Winery and signed up our
shipping program. No exceptions. Georgia and Florida residents need no
visit to place orders. Look for details on our online order system soon.
